Do not change the Write Protect mode of the IMEN Virus-Finder and IMEN Virus-Killer diskettes.

Avoid running the IMEN Virus-Killer in Widows platform. Because some executing files are not accessible and if they have been infected, it is not possible to clean them. So you should restart your system by a windows bootable diskette (IMEN Virus-Finder) or in Command Prompt mode, and then try to cleaning the viruses.

If the Virus-Killer did not run on your computer, follow these steps:

1. Use a Head Cleaner to clean the drive head. The drive head could be so dirty that can not run the software lock. It is necessary to mention that the software lock is NonDOS Format type so the drive should have enough ability to read sectors for running the software lock.

2. If the Virus-Killer did not run on any computers, post it to the central office of Mehran Rayaneh company for exchanging the diskette. If the diskette error is for user fault, you have to pay to exchange it.
